Short-term support for a project requiring several virtual meetings
We attended virtual meetings and listened to meeting recordings to develop meeting summaries that include a participant list, action items, and key discussion points. Our support allowed SALT to save time and focus on what they do best (strategic planning and facilitating) while we focus on capturing the meeting record.
Long-term administrative support for network implementation
We coordinate several virtual meetings for task forces within the network by managing calendar invitations, hosting Zoom meetings, coordinating virtual network gatherings, maintaining the network’s contact lists, sending meeting reminders and materials, and developing meeting summaries. Our work allows Agnew::Beck to focus on strategizing and moving the vision of the network forward.
Administrative and client support
We manage the following processes on behalf of CMI: lead intake, client onboarding, and client offboarding. Additionally, we provide inbox and schedule management, light website maintenance, and light design project management support. Our services allow CMI, as a small business, to have the critical processes within the business maintained while saving money on hiring/recruiting, and saving time by allowing her to focus on the creative, visionary side of her business.
